Details:

High Season Minimum stay 5 NightsHeating, electricity usage and linen included in fee (assuming reasonable usage)

Exit Cleaning fee is included in the fee

No ‘hidden’ costs are added to the nightly price

For stays over 10days we will offer a discount of 10%

Booking:  Booking of apartment is made via the apartment website. Alternatively a client can phone our office directly, +61 7 3254 3331, during Australian business hours and we can process the payment via credit card over the phone. Booking is secured by full payment of the accommodation fee. Bookings are valid from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 11.00 am on the day of departure however, this may vary according to flight arrival times, departures etc. Any changes to the arrival and departure times must be approved and arranged beforehand. Payment  can also be made by direct deposit into our Australian bank account contact us on info@educationcpe.com for details.

Terms of payment:  Full payment is required at time of booking. Remittances made by bank transfer, or credit card as per the website information.

Cancellation by the client:  Cancellations must be made in writing via email by the person who made the booking. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt of the written cancellation advice.

The following cancellation charges will apply:
Up to 60 days prior to start of booking: 10% of total accommodation fee. 60-30 days: 40% of total accommodation fee. 30 days or less prior to booking: 100% of total accommodation fee
Clients are advised to take out travel insurance.

Cancellation by the owner:  In the unlikely event that specific accommodation ceases to be available as booked, the Owner will refund the Client all monies paid (including deposit).

Cleaning:  The apartment is cleaned after client vacates on the final day.

Key Collection: Full details of key collection will be confirmed once final documentation has been issued. Final documentation will include a map of the town to assist you in locating the apartment plus parking details.

Responsibility:  The owner shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property however caused or arising during the accommodation period. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. No responsibility is accepted in the event the client has failed to arrange travel insurance.

Security Deposit:  A security deposit of €200 will be charged once booking is confirmed. This will be taken via credit card and held until two weeks after the rental property is vacated unless there are agreed costs. It will then be refunded in full, unless there are agreed costs to be deducted or damages to be compensated. Otherwise, should any of the equipment or furnishings in the accommodation being occupied by the client be lost or damaged, for any other damage caused by the client to the apartment, the client will be required to make immediate cash settlement with the Owner for any necessary replacement or repair.
